Shipping Policy

Since all our products are made to order, we ship them within 15 working days from the date of order confirmationtion.

Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason.

Please refer to our exchange policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to exchange an item.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condi;on as per the order placed.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirma;on) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks' time.

Please note that we are unable to accept exchanges for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. we are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.

All tags must be fully attached to return/exchange items. all items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. we do not accept returns on item that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. end of season sale items or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
